Dodoni is one of the leading dairy companies in Greece. Dodoni was the first branded feta in its home market and it remains the market leader in packaged and deli-counter feta. In addition to feta, the company produces Greek yogurt, fresh milk and a wide range of other PDO and specialty cheeses including Halloumi. Dodoni exports to 55 countries worldwide. In 2012, the acquisition of Dodoni was the first successful privatisation in Greece since the start of its program of austerity measures. Under its new management, led by Lime Capital’s partners, Dodoni is executing an extensive transformation programme including investments in machinery and infrastructure, in its organisation, farmer development, marketing and the introduction of new products.
